Job Description

You will be working alongside experienced team members that will be managing some of their sites in the CBD with you. You will be reporting to one of their Senior Project Managers, but you will have complete control on site.

Your duties will be:

• Allocate and supervise work, while maximizing productivity and skills and competence of individual employees

.• Maintain quality control of material and products

• Working on fit out and refurbishment – Apartment Projects

• Manage the associated subcontractors

• Site contact for the client and consultants

.• Ensure on site WH&S on site and in the production facility and maintained.

• Inspection and monitoring of daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and programming.

What is required

• Experience working on Commercial projects – 5 years minimum

• Experience managing Fit Out and Apartment projects

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Hardworking approach to work and a genuine passion for quality

.• Ability to manage multiple projects
