Our client is a well established  building company within the residential apartment sector. With  high value residential projects across Sydney. 
 
 Role

You will be reporting to a Defects Manager You will be working as a Defects site supervisor to manage defects across the companies large portfolio of projects. You will be required to supervise and coordinate between all homeowners, trades and sub-contractors and ensure defects are managed correctly and accordingly with the companies warranties and procedures. 
 
Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and manage defects across the company portfolio 
• Liaise between all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors are carried out correctly
• Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
• Ensure high levels of health and safety

Skills & Experience

• 5 years+ Supervisory experience in Residential Construction 
• Ideally, experience in a defects management role 
• Experience working in residential apartments is essential
• Experience working for reputable construction companies within Australia
• Excellent organisation and time management skills 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
