Construction Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator role for well regarded builder/developer who have a well established operation in Eight Mile Plains. This role will include having the commercial responsibility for projects as well as a leadership and mentoring role to the other CAs in the business.

Our client is a builder/developer who boast a track record in the Queensland market. They build high-end, boutique apartment and townhouse projects and currently have work underway on the Sunshine Coast, greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast. As their team continues to grow, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to ensure profitable outcomes on projects.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overall commercial responsibility on projects
• Mentoring less experienced CAs
• Working closely with the development team in the pre-construction phase
• Senior member of the business 

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• A proven track record of success in CA/Senior CA capacity
• Experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects up to $20m
• A team focused approach
• High level of commercial acumen
• A willingness to mentor and develop people
