Our client is looking for a General Foreman to join their  company that has an exciting opportunity within its Sydney based construction division with the project based in Wollongong. This company is an organisation known for its excellent working culture and proven modern and streamline systems.

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to become part of a successful team that pride themselves in the delivery of quality customer service and high end workmanship, and ready to take the next step into the Site Managers poistion 

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in:

• Day to day site supervision and administration. 
• Supervising and organising sub contractors.
• Project Programming.
• High Rise experince 
• Structural understanding for highrise 
• Site set-out
• Promoting safety and regularly conducting WHS inspection & task observations.
• Understanding project documentation drawings, specifications, standard drawings, management plans etc.
• Completing necessary paperwork including pre-start records, purchase orders, plant pre- starts, cost coding etc. 

To be considered eligible for the role you must have:

• Minimum 5 years trade experience in the commercial building industry
• White Card
• Valid drivers licence.
• Highly developed communication skills at all stakeholder levels.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a construction site environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality assurance.
