Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Site Manager in Commercial Construction, specifically in residential apartments.
• Possess sound knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols on construction sites.
• Exemplary communication and organisational skills for managing complex projects and diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and suppliers effectively, ensuring top-notch project execution.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal trade qualification and/or training in commercial construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ethical professional conduct.
• Capability to prepare, manage, and maintain detailed construction programmes for timely project delivery.
