SITE MANAGER

Construction Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-renowned and diverse NSW Builder with the recruitment of a Site Manager for Commercial new build project valued to $50m. The location is in the Sydney western areas
  
As a site manager you will need to showcase that you have delivered numerous projects within the $30m – $100m range.   
As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include:

• All aspects of the project from planning and costing through to scheduling and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing and Scheduling a large site team OH&S
• Handling the day to day operations on site including site meetings
• The liaison between client and sub-contractor
• Conducting site audits and inspecting work to ensure it conforms to all necessary requirements and legislation

Candidate specification:

• The candidate will have the commercial acumen to understand costs
• Will be from a trade background
• Be a natural leader
• Be savvy with systems and able to read technical drawings
• Have a relevant diploma or tertiary education
