Construction Recruitment Group client is looking for a construction supervisor to join our team  who is ambitious and highly motivated. They are well know construction company that promotes work life balance and safe positive attitude towards all staff. 

They are looking to hire a Site Supervisor to work throughout NSW and ACT. with experience in remedial works on Govt projects

Responsibilities of role:

• Project Reporting
• Remedial works experience on Govt projects 
• Supervising and directing company employees and subcontractors onsite
• Ensuring and maintaining compliance with company safety policy
• Adhere to any required documentation & reporting
• Day to day management of the site
• Assisting the project manager with maintaining the construction program
• Liaising & maintaining subcontractor and client relationships

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Methodical working style with high attention to detail
• 2-4 years previous related project management experience.
• Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Coordinating and managing subcontract and direct labour 

Requirements:

• Cleared NSW Police Check
• NSW driver licence and car
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Remedial works experience on Govt projects
