HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE SUNNY GOLD COAST

Our client is looking a Structures Foreman join a multi residential / Hotel development team.

 This project is an Iconic project in Southport. and you can be a  part of it.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager, 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to managers

The Successful Applicant

• Will have proven experience as a structural foreman on high-rise buildings
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and WHS guidelines
• Be proactive, with an urgent driven attitude
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Problem solving abilities
• Able to maintain good rapport with sub-contractors and site staff
• Be a strong, positive negotiator
• Strong knowledge of the Building Code and relevant Australian Standards
